Mutual Learning Program

JOIN THE MUTUAL LEARNING PROGRAM AND TRANSFORM THE FUTURE!

Are you ready to share, learn, and grow in the field of child protection? Our Mutual Learning Program adopts a bottom-up approach, where every experience and piece of knowledge counts. Through daily practices, deep human relationships, and an inspiring international community, you can make a difference.

How does it work?
  • 6 months of interactive learning: Regular Zoom sessions and access to the online platform.
  • Enriching dialogical spaces: Share and learn from professionals like you.
  • We run two programs per year: Don’t miss the opportunity to participate!

Methodology

The course follows a collaborative and dialogical methodology, including:

  • Exchange of experiences: Participants learn with each other rather than receiving one-way information.
  • Joint reflection: Zoom sessions are spaces for dialogue, co-creation of knowledge, and mutual support among participants.
  • Online platform: Access to materials, resources, and discussion forums for continuous learning.

You can choose from four focused modules, or combine them to tailor the experience to your needs. Every participant starts with Module 1, which lays the foundation for all the other modules. From there, you can choose to continue with one, two, or all three additional modules. Want the full experience? We highly recommend committing to the complete program for the deepest learning and impact.

Module 1 (6 sessions)

Through six sessions, you’ll explore the principles of Collaborative and Dialogic Practices. Together, we’ll uncover how to spark meaningful dialogue, collaboration and ask transformative questions. We reflect on how to bring the principles into your own context.

Also, if you’re eager to grow as a facilitator, this is the perfect opportunity to take your abilities to the next level! Get ready to elevate your facilitation skills!

    Module 2 (3 sessions)

In this module we apply the collaborative and diaalogic practices to working with children, families, and communities. Key topics include the impact of institutionalization, family engagement, case management, and the reintegration process.

    Module 3 (3 sessions)

We deep dive into the HOW of transformation and building stronger family based care practices together. We will journey through different family and community based care practices, gatekeeping, the transition from institutional care, networking and advocacy.

      Module 4 (3 sessions)

In this module we go into the art of co-constructing with communities. It will be filled with the sharing of experiences and collaborative exploration of how to work effectively within communities for a sustainable impact.

      Certificación

Upon completing the course and meeting attendance requirements, participants will receive a certificate of participation.
